Joe Shearer — Current Owner
Joe Shearer, current owner of Precision Air Conditioning & Heating, grew up learning the trade from his father, Rob Shearer, founder of Precision Air Conditioning. Certified in all aspects of HVAC, Joe is prompt, courteous, and ready to solve your AC problems.
When Joe purchased the business from his father in 2018, he carried forward the same values that built Precision's reputation over nearly three decades: honest diagnostics, no commission pressure, and repairs designed to last.

Joe Shearer grew up working alongside his father, Rob Shearer, founder of Precision Air Conditioning. Today, Joe continues the family tradition while Rob still works with him, combining old-school experience with new-school diagnostics and technology.
